Elizabeth R. Church the daughter of E. and L. Church died March 20th 1865 Age 12 years and 6 months.

E.W. Church son of E. and L Church died August 27th 1877 age 43 years 5 months 9 days.

Erastus Church [damaged, probably died] Sept 3 1877 [damaged, probably aged] 71 years 7 months & 27 days.
