Source notes
- The name Millhausen is also seen as changed to Millison, Millson, Millron.
- If Permilla Cratty (age 6 in 1870 census) is the daughter of Hiram Cratty, Jr., it calls into question whether the Civil War death record (died Nov. 1861) is for this same James Cratty, Jr. The mother was only partially literate, so the age of Permilla in 1870 may be in error; she could have been 8 or 9 years old.
