No record of Ann Sturgeon (age ~69) is found in the Ancestry.com index of the 1850 census.  There is one Sturgeon family (headed by Robert Sturgeon) in Shelby Co, OH.  There is a young Ann in that family but no older woman.  There is a Margaret Sturgeon, age 68, in Lancaster Twp, Fairfield Co, OH, which is in central Ohio.  Shelby Co is in the western part of the state.
