Thomason, widow, age 59, 9 children, all living, owns farm; Charles L., son, age 25, single, general farming; Nannie Gracie, dau., age 18. All born NC, fathers born SC, mothers NC. The family lives on Wright's Ferry Road. All can read, write and speak English. The ages and other information conform well with Nancy Rebecca AshleyThomas and two of her youngest children, Nancy Grace Thomas and Charles Lidell Thomas. The census taker mis-wrote the last name. There are a number of Thomason families in the township. The number of children born and living for Nancy R. Ashley Thomas does not agree with information from elsewhere
