Source Notes
- Census record for Benjamin Beals family not found for 1860& 1880; the 1890 PA census is missing.
- The source sequence [8][9][10]indicates research entered to this website by E W Williams from FTM file of Duane Beals, compiled originally by Margaret Kahle.
- Per Duane Beals, George E. Beals and Edwin J. Beals are the same person, Edwin Jorge, who went by Jorge/George, with spelling changed to popular usage. Also, the daughter A. M. L. Beals in the 1880 census is likely Mary Ellen Beals, born in 1871.
