* Perry Strotman was the son of Amos and Louie Strotman (from the 1880 US census, Ashland Twp, Clarion Co, PA) and he and Effie (last name unknown) were married in December of 1899 (1900 census).  Perry was born in Jan and Effie in May of 1879.  The 1910 and 1920 census list children: Rola E. (1910 census, b. 1901), Prosper A(lbert), b. 1904, and Paul, b. 1912).
