Butler County
on the 5th day of June AD 1842 (1849?) before me the subscriber & Justice of the peace in and for said county personally came Rebeccah Smith who being afirmed ("sworn" is struck out) according to law deposith and saith that the above servises was rendered by her as above stated for Robert Logan in his life time and for his wife Massy Logan after his death and that the Estate of the said Robert Logan dec'd. is justly indebted to her and her husband Dan Smith the sum of seven dollars and twenty nine cents and that she never received the sum nor any part thereof nor any other person for her by his order and further saith not.
Sworn & subscribed before me the day and year aforesaid.
