She has born three children and they are all still living and present: Ruth Hayes, 7, born Oct 1892, Jennie's first child and Henry's stepdaughter; Cordelia G. Hager, 3, born Dec 1896; and Bessie L. Hayes, 27, single; Cordelia Maloy, 23, married; and Bessie Hagar, 20, single. Lue was born in PA as were her parents. The children were all born in WA. Ruth's father was born in NY, Cordelia and Bessie's father was born in WI. Lue works as a bookkeeper for a newspaper.

Luella, of Chehalis, WA, was the informant of Cordelia's death. Cordelia died on 14 Mar 1920 of acute pulmonary tuberculosis, complicated by the recent forcible delivery of her child on 25 Feb 1920. She died at the Sound View Sanitarium, Seattle, King Co., WA, where she had been a patient for 20 days. She was buried in Chehalis, WA, on 18 Mar 1920.
5	Obituary for Cordelia Grace Meloy in the 19 Mar 1920 Lewis County Advocate. After an illness of several weeks, Cordelia died at the Sound View Hospital on Sunday, 14 Mar 1920. She was buried at Fern Hill Cemetery. She was survived by her husband, Joel N. Meloy, her mother Luella Lambert, her sister Bessie Hager, and her half-sister Ruth Hayes. Cordelia was born at Sulphur Springs, Lewis Co., WA. She graduated from Chehalis High School in 1916. She attended the Bellingham Normal School and was a teacher in the Eastern Lewis County schools at the time of her marriage to Mr. Meloy. After the wedding they made their home in Thorp, WA. Cordelia came to her mother's home in Chehalis last fall and after an illness of several weeks, was taken to Seattle for treatment.

She was a Chehalis high school student, graduating in 1916. She was born at Sulphur Springs, WA. She taught school in Lewis Co., prior to her illness. The burial is on 19 Mar 1920 at Fern Hill Cemetery. She is survived by her mother Luella Lambert, her sister Bessie Hager, and a half-sister Ruth Hayes. Source of the obituary is uncertain, but a handwritten note at the bottom of the clipping indicates "mar 19 1920 CBW" which suggests the 19 Mar 1920 Chehalis Bee.
