His daughter-in-law Susannah Sheffer was the great aunt of James Austin Sheffer and Otis Branfield Sheffer who married Anna Catherine "Annie" Kline and Beulah Gladys Kline; the wives are 1 step removed in the following ways: Sisters of Winnifred May Kline Daughters of of John Abram Kline and Elizabeth Anna Frederick

Christian Kribbs came to this country with his father and siblings.. His first wife was Mary. All children were born to his first wife. Son Jacob born 7 July 1824 in Beaver township, Clarion County PA; married Delilah Martin 19 September 1832. Resided in Ashland Twp. 1845-1880, then in Salem Twp. until his death October 1908. 7	Gravestone transcriptions, Emmanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Beaver Twp., Clarion Co. PA. Transcribed Sept. 1991 by Elizabeth Wilson Williams and Nancy Beals Walls. In 1991, this abandoned graveyard was found neglected & overgrown, with broken stones & sunken graves. A small area of graves at the front was accessable. (This cemetery has since been cleared of undergrowth.) Row 1: Adaline, Dau. of G. & S. Kribbs died Dec. 20, 18(35?) Sarah S., Dau. of G. & S. Kribbs died March 1865 aged 11 yrs Maurice S., infant son of P. E. & E. W. Kribbs died Sept. 22, 1865 Row 2: Father and Mother;Christian Kribbs born Oct 15, 1776, died Apr 5, 1856, aged 79 years 5 mos & 20 ds.; Mary M., wife of Christian Kribbs, born Dec. 25, 1778, died April 15, 1843, age 65 years, 5 mos. & 25 ds.
