Samuel Beals aged 75yrs, died in Beaver Twp. on 30 Jan. Born in Lehigh Co. 5 Sept. 1841 (sic; 1831). Children Frank, Kurtz, Mrs. James Laughner, Mrs. J. W. Buckalew, Mrs. Frank Hartsell, Mrs. C. P. Reed, Slyde, Jacob, Maybel, Alta & Margie; stepson Warren Baker; sister Mrs Anna Biery; brothers James, William, Levi & Hiram. Interment in Knox Cemetery. (Residences given.)
