Also present are five additional children: son George Hines, 35; son Elij. Hines, 33; son Edward Hines, 18; son Richard Hines, 19; and daughter Mary Hines, 21. Thomas is a farmer, George, Elijah, Edward, and the younger Richard are all farm laborers. Everyone was born in PA except for the elder Richard, who was born in Ireland. This census is dated 8 Jun 1860. |  |
