Parents of Anna Eva Frederick were John George Frederick, farmer,(b. 12 Oct 1801, d. (15 Nov. 1887),and his wife Anna Catherine(surname unknown); they resided in Summit Twp., Butler Co. PA. Father of John George Frederick was John Frederick (d. 4 Feb 1846) who married Anna Eva Unknown (d. 2 Aug 1846). Judy Etzel King cites family knowledge, and the will of John George Frederick, recorded 29 Dec. 1887 |

- Per Judy King, the Frederick ancestors of Emma Lena Pfaff originated in Pfaffenbeerfurth in Odenwald, Hessen. Some of them spent time in Carlyle, PA.
