- In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have
- hereunto set their hands and seals this 9 day of July 1910
- Attest A A Brinkes[?] Seal
- Wm. Stull J F Beals Seal
- Received this 9th day of July the sum
- of Fifty dollars as [illegible]
