PA. It is unfortunate that Pennsylvania did not keep birth, marriage, or death records, but left that record keeping to the community churches. Many are lost, and most are difficult to access.  Ancestry.com has very few of these church records. This William Hartman may be a different William than appears in the 1860 Census, household of Susan Hartman. The birth dates wobble slightly, and Susan might be a 2nd wife of Unknown Hartman, in which case the Fullmers of Lycoming Co. PA are less relevant.
