It is impossible for me to state exact time or if these different troubles came on me at the same time or not and I further state that the above described disabilities are not due to my own vicious habits and to the best of my knowledge they are permanent.<br>Witnesses further declare that they have no interest in said case, and are not concerned in its prosecution. <br>Mrs. J. In the matter of claim of Joseph Mitchell, B-169-Pa Vols
Personally came before me, a Justice of the Peace in and for aforesaid County and State, Joseph Mitchell age 56 years, Kossuth P.O. residence, Ashland, who being duly sworn and is a person of lawful age, who being duly sworn, declare in relation to the aforesaid case as follows:
