In March of 1995, Elizabeth Wilson Williams & Nancy Beals Walls visited Pastor Kathleen Anderson, and viewed several old books of records for Salem Lutheran Church, Salem Twp., Clarion Co. PA. Both transcribed different portions of the record, extracting only what seemed relevant to surnames being researched, as time was limited and the record was extensive. (Any McCall, Shiesly, or Wingard names recorded are for Nancy's maternal (Sarah Shiesly) line).
