Page 2 of the identure agreement between James Francis Beals and James Elgie Beals.

The following transcription was made on 27 August 2006 by Richard Brady Williams and Elizabeth Wilson Williams:

1. anytime but said first party to remove his share before the
2. next succeeding crop is ready to store (this is on account of room in Barn)
3. each party to pay their proportional share of toll for threshing the grain
4. said second party to pay two thirds thereof Taxes assessed on said farm except
5. any Taxes on Oil wells which is all to be paid by said first party- said
6. first party to have one third of all grass seed. and agrees to furnish
7. one third that may be necessary to seed down such fields as may be
8. necessary on said farm second party to burn not less than thirty
   second party not agreed to burn any
9. tons limestone each year an put the same on the ground first party
   after Jan 26-1918 signed by first party J.F. Beals
10. to furnish the limestone in the ground on the farm and furnish the coal at
11. the most convenient bank[?]. second party to do all the hauling-for said lime
12. and coal. said first and second parties each to have the privilege of
13. digging and quarrying limestone on said farm or have them dug but
14. said second party to pay unto first party ten cents per ton rental for
15. said limestone disposed of. in case fences are to be repaired or new
16. fences to be built first party to furnish all the material and second party
17. to do all the ^(hauling and) work old rails if any to be used in repairing or otherwise
18. where needed for said fence. first party may have the right to remove
19. straw off said farm for his own use if needed.
20. the said J E Beals agrees to surrender peaceable possession of the
21. end of the term in as good order and repair as when received
22. wear and tear and casualties which may happen by [illegible]
23. otherwise excepted.
