- In Witness whereof the said parties to these presents have
- hereunto set their hands and seals this 9 day of July 1910
- Attest A A Brinkes[?] Seal
- Wm. Stull J F Beals Seal
- Received this 9th day of July the sum
- of Fifty dollars as [illegible]
- $50.00 A A Brinkes[?]
A notation written sideways on the bottom of the sheet reads, "Agreement between A. A. Brinkes[?] and J F Beals, July 9 1910."
Transcription note: the name "Brinkes" may be "Brinker"
