Research

• There is an 1861 England Census record available on ancestry.com showing John Forster, 48?, and his wife Sarah Forster, 53, with a son George, 10. This is clearly too young to be our George, whose daughter is said to have been born in 1839. I only list this here because I don't have any information about where the Robertson research came up with the John and Sarah names for George's parents, and it's possible that they came from this source erroneously. There are already some questions about George's parents, in that he seems to have taken his mother's maiden name rather than his father's name (again, according to the Robertson research).
