Present day location of old Harmon Snyder farm is on the south side of Rt. 208, west of the intersection with Turkey City Road, Salem Twp., Clarion Co. PA. [10]
The Christopher Snyder farm appears, from the vintage maps, to be located on the south side of present day South Kahle Lake Rd., east of Community Rd. which intersects Rt 208 at Salem Lutheran Church.

Source Notes
- Salem Lutheran Cemetery Assoc. notes & records gives Christopher Snyder's dates as 1819-1899. The 1850 census for Clarion Co. taken on July 30 lists his age as 32 years. If both these pieces of information are accurate, he would have been born after July 30 (ie. Aug. - Dec.) in 1819.
- Salem Lutheran Cemetery Assoc. notes & records list Willard Snyder "1860-2". Since he does not appear in the 1870 census, this is taken to mean he died at age 2. This format is seen elsewhere in these records, though not consistently.
