Source notes
- John Edward Hagan, spouse of Martha Jane Boyle, was the step-son of Martha Jane's uncle Barnard VanZandt Stoughton through Barnard's second wife, Susan Myer (Hagan). Thus John Edward Hagan and Martha Jane Boyle would be unrelated, but rather like "step-cousins".
