Present day location of old Snyder farm is on the south side of Rt. 208, west of the intersection with Turkey City Road, Salem Twp., Clarion Co. PA. [8] This farm passed to Harmon's son, Harmon S. Snyder (1865 map), and then to his grandson D.A. Snyder (1877 map). The other Snyder farm noted on the two maps is presumably that of Christopher Snyder, brother of Harmon S. Snyder.

- Source 3, 1850 census, lists Harmon age 29, and Eva M. age 28, & 2 children, Frances & Daniel. Mary, does not appear until Source 4, 1860 census, where she is 28 to Harmon's age 40. Frances & Daniel are still present and a 5yr old Mary S. has been born. Eva M. reappears keeping house for Harmon in source 5, 1870 census, where again there is no wife Mary.
