In the name of God Amen. I, Peter Hockenberry of Fannet Township, Franklin County State of Pennsylvania, being weak in body but sound and perfect mind and memory do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say - First I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Alice (After all my lawful debts and funeral expenses are paid), the third of all my movable property, and the third of all the profits of my real estate during her widowhood. I do also give and bequeath unto my eldest son Henry the sum of one dollar. I do also give and bequeath to my second son John all the land on the east side of the creek with the mill and buildings with free privilage to repair the dams. I leave and bequeath to my two daughters Mary and Margret fifty pounds each, to be paid by my son John, in payments to commence two years after my demise. I leave and bequeath to my third son James the sum of one dollar. I leave and bequeath to my son James' children the land lying on the west side of the creek that was formerly in possession of my son John. to be divided equally among them. I leave and bequeath to my son Peter the land on the west side of the creek which I now live on. Also a tract of mountain land adjoining lands of James Johnston and Mattie Kyle, also his choice of one of the horses, with a plow and gun. I leave to my daughters Catherine and Nancy the remainder of my movable property, equally divided betwixt them. I also leave and bequeath to my son Samuel my house and lot in Connelsburg. I also desire him to be bound to a trade. I also leave and bequeath to my son Jeremiah the tract of land at the Round Top Mountain. I also leave and bequeath to my son Robert ten pounds to be paid by my son Jeremiah, I also desire him to be put to a trade. I hereby appoint my son John and John Widney (son of James) my Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. Witness whereof I have here unto set my hand and seal this Twenty eighth day of April in the ;year of our Lord One thousand Eight Hundred and Ten. Signed, sealed published and declared by the above named Peter Hockenberry, to be his Last Will and Testament in the presence of us, who at his request and in his presence have hereunto subscried our names as witness to the same.

On the Tenth day of February Eighteen Hundred and Eleven, James Campbell and John Widney Jr., Witness to the foregoing instrument of writing, appeared before me: Register for the Probate of Courts and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Franklin, who upon their solemn oaths disposeth and saith that they were present and saw and heard Peter Hockenberry sign name unto and seal and publish the forgoing instrument of writing as and for his last Will and Testament and that at the time of doing the above said Peter Hockenberry was of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding according to the best of their knowledge and belief and that their names there unto subscribed as witnesses are of their own proper hand writing done at the same time and that they also saw James Widney and the other witness write his name at the same time.
