- The identity of this father of the three immigrant brothers is completely unknown to us; he is presumed to have been Irish and to have remained in Ireland simply on the basis that no records have been found in America. All information if from the research of Joseph A. Ferree, and the publication of his work by Joseph A. Ferree, Jr. in 1977.
