		+	* Note added by Leonard Lytle, re. the Sturgeon family:<br. I have some letters written by Mrs. Margaret Townsley of Cedarville, Ohio, in 1887. She was gathering material for Egle's "Pennsylvania Genealogies" and I think that she furnished the information from which this manuscript was prepared by Dr. Egle. Miss Catherine I. Egle informs me that she cannot find the papers on the Sturgeon family and thinks they may have been sold. In order to preserve what information I have on the Sturgeon family I gave the following extracts from the letters of Mrs. Margaret Townsley: <br>"Letitia McCullough was the only sister of Ann McCullough, wife of Moses Sturgeon, and their daughter Lettitia Sturgeon was my mother. She first married John Campbell of Piqua, Miami Co., Ohio in 1821. To them 2 sons and 1 daughter was born. Mr. Campbell died she again married my father John Dalzell, in 1834 and to them were born two children, myself and a brother who died in infancy. My mothers name was Letitia, by that ever dear and loved name we called our daughter, Orrel Lettitia. She died at the age of 2 years and 3 months. Of our four children we have but one living, a son John Dalzell Townsley, now 25 years of age, residing in Dayton, Montgomery Co., Ohio, there in business but not married." <br>The postmaster at Cedarville, Ohio, informed me in 1921 that Mrs. Townsley died years ago and that he thinks her son John Dalzell Townsley is now living in Kansas City. I have not been able to get in touch with him.
