This broken stone has been replaced in the ground, burying other information.  The J. L. McCandless stone was immediately to the right of the John and Margaret McCandless stones.  Immediately to their left was a small infant Snyder stone, possibly a child of  their daughter Julia McCandless who married William Snyder.
