The calling card collection of Ella A. Frederick Kline was assembled as a scrapbook. Inside the back cover is a picture cut from Hoods Sasparilla Calendar dated 1894. The pages are cut from grey oilcloth. These were placed in the green hardback covers of a book from which the original contents were removed. The title on the spine is ''Penna Report Pennsylvania State College 1887''. The pages and cover were then hole-punched and bound with a colored yarn or ribbon that is now missing.
